RECYCLE - KEEP THE CYCLE ROLLING        CAlgary Association of Self Help Recycles

DONATE YOUR NEW & GENTLY USED HOUSEHOLD ITEMS OR FURNITURE TO OUR RECYCLING PROGRAM
Recycling Program – A dedicated core of 35-40 volunteers work along side our staff to sort, clean and repair or refinish donated items which are then offered at a low cost to our clients. Dedicated staff provide a safe place for people living with mental illness to come together to socialize, to learn, to work and to have fun.

Twice per year we invite the public to our sales which offers a rewarding experience for the volunteers and helps generate funds to enhance programs at Calgary Association of Self Help. Call Cue Cairns for more information.

MENS & LADIES CLOTHING TO OUR FREE CLOTHING BANK
“Looking Good, Feeling Good” Program – In response to a need in our community, we created a "free" clothing bank for our clients who are on a limited budget. This program gives our clients clothing, which enhances their self esteem and outlook on life and helps manage their limited finances.
