"I feel accepted and cared for here, and the staff and other members understand me, this has never happened before, I really feel like I belong." "I needed a place to go, and a purpose, I was just wandering through life and was lost, making many bad choices... then I came to Self Help and things have really changed for the better. My life is solid now. I have friends, mental health support, people like me here and I now have structure and purpose." |
